Closing Multiple Port Sites Under Direct Visualization

    Step 1 Closing multiple port sites under direct visualization 1

  • Use the laparoscope inserted in Site #1 to visualize Sites #2 and #3.

  • Perform the CloseSure procedure on Site #2 and tie the suture.

  • Initiate the CloseSure procedure on Site #3 but leave the suture untied.




    • Step 2 Closing multiple port sites under direct visualization 2

  • Move the laparoscope to Site #3 and visualize Site #1.

  • Perform the CloseSure procedure on Site #1 and tie the suture.








    • Step 3 Closing multiple port sites under direct visualization 3

  • Remove the laparoscope from Site #3 and tie the suture to complete closure of all port sites under direct visualization.
