Susan Lazar Joins Inlet Medical, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Eden Prairie, MN, June 18 - Inlet Medical, Inc. a privately held medical device company that develops and markets products for
pelvic reconstructive surgery for women, today announced that Susan Lazar has joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing.
She reports to Lee Jones, president and CEO.
Lazar comes to Inlet Medical with more than 15 years of experience in medical device sales and marketing, most recently serving as
director of women's health and laparoscopy at Circon Corporation.
"Susan in an important addition to Inlet Medical's management team, complementing my operational experience with her very strong sales
and marketing background," said Jones. "Her experience in the women's health area gives her an in-depth understanding on Inlet Medical's
products and markets."
At Circon, Lazar was responsible for global marketing, product development and management of the company's gynecology, laparoscopy,
video and electrosurgery product offerings worldwide. Previously, she was an area and district sales manager responsible for five sales
regions across the United States. Ciron is a medical endoscopy company that manufactures and distributes products to the surgical
subspecialties of urology, gynecology, and general surgery.
Lazar recieved a bachelor's degree in marketing from Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, N.J., and a master's degree in public
health from the Columbia University School of Public Health, New York, N.Y.
